FTP/Admin Access Request
At 7thVision, we prioritise the security and stability of our hosting environment and our clients’ websites. For this reason, we recommend limiting FTP and Administrator access wherever possible.
Granting third-party access or allowing external plugins to be installed can introduce security vulnerabilities, code conflicts and performance issues.
FTP or Administrator access can be provided upon request; however, please note the following:
Any third-party work should be carefully assessed and thoroughly tested to avoid potential issues.
Only reputable, well-reviewed plugins should be used to maintain website security and performance. All currently identified WordPress vulnerabilities can be reviewed on the Patchstack website.
All tracking and marketing code must be added via Google Tag Manager. If access to Google Tag Manager is required, please let us know.
Code injection plugins (including but not limited to "Insert Headers and Footers", "WP Header/Footer", "WP Code Lite") will be removed upon detection.
File management plugins (including but not limited to "WP File Manager") will be removed upon detection.
7thVision cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party changes or installations.
Any repairs, troubleshooting, or assistance required as a result of third-party work will be chargeable.
