At 7thVision, we prioritise the security and stability of our hosting environment and our clients’ websites. For this reason, we recommend limiting FTP and Administrator access wherever possible.

Granting third-party access or allowing external plugins to be installed can introduce security vulnerabilities, code conflicts and performance issues.

FTP or Administrator access can be provided upon request; however, please note the following:

• Any third-party work should be carefully assessed and thoroughly tested to avoid potential issues.

• Only reputable, well-reviewed plugins should be used to maintain website security and performance. All currently identified WordPress vulnerabilities can be reviewed on the Patchstack website.

• All tracking and marketing code must be added via Google Tag Manager. If access to Google Tag Manager is required, please let us know.

• Code injection plugins (including but not limited to "Insert Headers and Footers", "WP Header/Footer", "WP Code Lite") will be removed upon detection.

• File management plugins (including but not limited to "WP File Manager") will be removed upon detection.

• 7thVision cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party changes or installations.

• Any repairs, troubleshooting, or assistance required as a result of third-party work will be chargeable.
