We’re Here ….. For You!

On behalf of the 7thVision team our hearts, best wishes and encouragement goes out to all businesses and individuals affected by the current situation. We know that everyone is being impacted, some more severely than others, and this is a very challenging time for us all.

We want you to know that we are here and available to support you with any of your online requirements. Our team is working and will continue to do so both at the office and remotely as required.

What can you do?

Many people have asked what they can do at a time such as this. Unfortunately we do not have the complete answer but below are some thoughts we can share:

1. Keep your online presence

We encourage you to continue your online presence, this will ensure you’re still visible through this period and when things begin to recover (which they will), you’ll be in a solid position to capture enquiry and get the wheels turning again.

2. Communicate to your existing and potential customers

If you are still operating, what is your response to COVID-19? How have your business operations changed to reduce risk? How are your customers impacted by these changes?

Every business is different and the options to communicate vary but some suggestions are:

  • Add a notice to your website advising of your current status – Are you open? Are you still providing some services? Are deliveries delayed?
  • Create a new blog post to outline your points in greater detail
  • Continue your line of messaging on social media
  • Use an email marketing system to reach your contact database. Your customers will receive your message directly and then continue updating them as things change
  • Encourage an open and free line of communication via all available channels; phone, email, live chat and social media
  • For remote, online meetings and web conferencing try apps such as Zoom, Google HangoutsSkype or Microsoft Teams.

3. Live Chat

If you still want to maximise any potential leads and answer any questions quickly, consider live chat, an effective and low cost way to increase engagement with potential leads and clientele.

4. Online Ordering & Appointments

If you can provide services online with the ability for customers to order/pay online and select local pick-up/drop-off or to set an appointment time then there are some effective solutions that can be applied fairly quickly to cater for this.

5. eCommerce

If you are selling products and do not have eCommerce functionality on your website then adding an online store where people can browse products, add to shopping cart, select their delivery method and purchase online is an option. This is not necessarily a quick option but it is an effective way for you to be ‘open’ for business 24/7.

6. Stay informed for financial assistance
