Ibis Styles Canberra Eaglehawk is a four star resort style accommodation property which is located on the NSW/ACT boarder a short 13km drive from Canberra’s CBD. The property is unique to Canberra as it is the only resort style accommodation property in Canberra and is set amongst 30 acres of landscape native Australian bushland complete with kangaroos.
Consisting of 151 accommodation rooms the property is supported by facilities such as restaurant, bar, cafe and extensive conference and meeting facilities which are able to cater for up to 300 guests.
Ibis Styles Canberra Eaglehawk is well positioned as a Canberra conference, meeting and event venue and is very popular as an accommodation venue for school groups and school excursions visiting Canberra as part of the school curriculum.
Owned by Elanor Investors Group the property is managed and operated by Accor under the Ibis Styles brand.
Design and development of a new, property focused website to allow the property to provide specific information to assist with targeting specific niche market segments which are of value to the property.
The property also were after a dedicated website that would assist them in securing additional ‘real estate’ within the online search environment, particularly targeting key areas of opportunity that are of specific value to this property.
As the property is under Accor management and Ibis Styles branding, we were required to work with Accor in order to develop design layouts which were reflective of Ibis Styles branding guidelines. This required a collaborative approach between the Accor brand team, the property team and the asset owners.
The focus on the project was to ensure clear, simple and easy to navigate information with a focus towards call to action, enquiry capture and conversion of visitors into online bookings.
Integration into the properties booking platform ensures online bookings can be captured efficiently and cost effectively.
